Poor communication was the big problem. I waited in for the skip delivery all day, on the hottest day of the year so far, only to have to defer until the next day. I had chased delivery at lunchtime and was assured it would be with us by 2pm, then had to call again only to be told the truck had broken down and would we accept delivery next day. Very frustrating that we had to do all the chasing up and disappointing as this was my day off work and it was a total waste of time. The compensation offered has not been refunded. Otherwise delivered next day on time. A simple phone call regarding the issue would have gone along way to alleviating the problem.

The guy that picked my skip up once finished with needs a mention as he removed it from the side of a neighbours car who’d parked to close to the skip, which was perilously close to getting the back end damaged. But some very skilful handling and a bit of know how and skip was removed without issue. Would hire again from Arthur’s.
